Hi, I’m Nita (they/them), a queer, gender-affirming counsellor based in Burnaby, BC. I support teens, young adults, and adults who are exploring identity, navigating life transitions, or coming out later in life. Whether you’re a teen feeling misunderstood, a young adult untangling who you are, or someone later in life realizing parts of you have been hidden for years—I want you to know you’re not alone, and there’s nothing wrong with you.
We’ll move at your pace and focus on what feels real. Together, we’ll figure out who you want to be and how to get there.
My practice is rooted in deep compassion, cultural humility, and lived experience. Whether you’re questioning, transitioning, masking, unmasking, or just trying to be more you—I’m here to walk with you as you come home to yourself, unapologetically.
