As of June 2026, the Pro-Choice Society of Lethbridge & Southern Alberta is offering free gender-affirming healthcare system navigation support to interested 2S/LGBTQIA+ community members located in Alberta. System navigation support includes:
- Financial support for healthcare and healthcare related travel
- Healthcare and medical provider navigation support
- Alberta and national queer and trans specific mental health resources
- Referrals for gender affirming abortion care
- Resources for accessing gender affirming gear (such as packers, binders, chest tape, gaffs, etc) in Alberta
- Resources for non-medical gender affirming care in Alberta
