I am a Registered Dietitian, with a special focus in non-diet fertility nutrition and menstrual health education. I practice from a fat-positive and gender-inclusive perspective to address hormone health without diet culture and weight stigma.
I graduated from Brescia University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, and completed my dietetic internship at London Health Sciences Centre both located in London, Ontario. I have worked in both outpatient and private eating disorder and reproductive health practice to support optimal health from puberty to well beyond menopause.
I offer services through Her Optimal Health, a multidisciplinary team that provides care to women, women-identifying and non-binary folks such as physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, doula services and lactation support.
Registered Dietitians are experts in food and nutrition, and work with individuals and communities to support their health and well-being. I have a special focus in reproductive medicine and gynecology, supporting knowledge translation in a gender and body-inclusive manner for concerns such as endometriosis, PCOS, fertility and eating disorder support. As an out-of-province provider, my work with Albertans includes group classes for nutrition education and general nutrition coaching, as well as collaborative care through referral to other Albertan dietitians where available.
