I provide creative approaches to therapy, consultation and education in the areas of gender and sexuality, spirituality, and neurodiversity.
In therapy I see individuals, couples, Poly/Ethical Non-Monogamous/Consensual Non-Monogamous relationships and I am sex-positive and kink-affirming. I provide sex and relationship therapy as well as general therapy.

My communication style is gentle but direct. I believe in having fierce conversations and value honesty and transparency. I am vocal about my passions and interests, but also upfront about limitations, capacity, and boundaries for practice. 

The services I provide utilize physical movement, mindfulness, and expressive arts. While my practice is conversational, I aim to support individuals to express themselves authentically. This is done by providing opportunities to reflect and work through challenges in a more heart-based way.

Everyone should have the ability to explore and express various elements of self, while honouring all facets of self, authentically. I believe we have all we need within us to feel balanced and thriving, but that sometimes it just takes another perspective or idea to ignite our potential. My services are intended to facilitate a process of exploration and healing.
